Project & Programme Management Expertise

Our primary function is to assist you in the delivery of project-based change: better, faster, cheaper. We have considerable experience in organisational redesign as part of business transformation programmes. The vast majority of work that we undertake is the project or programme management of organisational transformation, delivered under a formal project methodology. Our Principle Consultant, Mark Stock, is a registered Prince2 Practitioner and a Microsoft Certified Professional with SureStep accreditation. We also have experience of working under complex governance frameworks in the banking sector, and will work with any corporate change framework or methodology preferred by our clients.

How are Paternoster Consulting different?

Paternoster Consulting builds on experiences and skills gained as both the customer of consultancy organisations and as a consultant Programme Director within a Technology Solutions organisation. These experiences have shown us that the expectations of the client and their business partner were rarely joined up completely, with key messages sometimes getting 'lost in translation'.

We're well aware that where projects fail, the cause is typically due to misunderstood requirements. We avoid this by using simple terminology and checking the understanding of all involved as to what has been agreed. This ensures that nothing gets lost in translation, that expectations are aligned to outcomes, and that our client's projects complete successfully.
