Our primary function is to assist you in the delivery of project-based change: better, faster, cheaper. We have considerable experience in organisational redesign as part of business transformation programmes. The vast majority of work that we undertake is the project or programme management of organisational transformation, delivered under a formal project methodology. Our Principle Consultant, Mark Stock, is a registered Prince2 Practitioner and a Microsoft Certified Professional with SureStep accreditation. We also have experience of working under complex governance frameworks in the banking sector, and will work with any corporate change framework or methodology preferred by our clients.
